We are an Arkansas Miniature Schnauzer breeder, and since 1991 we have been dedicated to raising the breed standard for the Miniature Schnauzer. This is our only breed. We have stayed small intentionally so that our Schnauzers can receive all the love and attention they deserve.

Liza

The founder of Midnight Schnauzers in 1991, Liza is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to all things Miniature Schnauzer, her daughter says. In addition to supervising daily care of the puppies and adults, she works to maintain and improve the kennel. She does whatever it takes to ensure the health of our  puppies….even if that means staying up all night with labor and delivery!

Grace

After growing up with Miniature Schnauzers, being a part of the kennel was an easy choice for Grace. “My mom’s enthusiasm and passion for the breed was contagious!” she says. Grace loves working with customers, grooming and training puppies and adults, and designing the kennel website.

A blessing to work with

I have been wanting another Schnauzer for a good while. I searched a lot of breeders. When I saw the puppies at Midnight Schnauzers I knew this was the place. It took a lot of prayer to find them. Liza has been amazing to work with. She understood my situation and I feel like they are part of my extended family now. I can’t say enough kind things about them and how they care for their puppies. Their work is amazing and Liza will always get back to you if you’re in need of help. I purchased a special black and silver schnauzer which I named Mia. She is beautiful and so loving. Miss Mia Love was well trained when I received her and of course there is the adjustment stage. A few little accidents but with Liza’s encouragement and tips I was able to get her back on track. Mia is such a loving puppy. She gets along with other dogs and is so fun to play with. I look forward to having her around for a long time.

If you are looking for a show quality puppy even if you don’t show them and just want bragging rights that you have the cutest dog in the neighborhood Midnight Schnauzers is the place. Liza’s daughter Grace has done a fabulous job with the website and creating helpful training tips. They are good honest people to deal with. I’m so happy I found them.

Grace is very professional and just as important compassionate. My daughter lost her Schnauzer of 10 years last fall. Liza and Grace are wonderful. I picked up Rocky in Missouri. They were amazing enough to meet me there. I had a schnauzer for 16 years and just lost him, I seen all the puppy pictures and I just fell in love. Liza was wonderful and very helpful with all the questions and we still keep in touch. If I have to get another schnauzer it will be at Mightnight Schnauzers. Thank you for letting me have Rocky, he is such a joy to my life. Rocky Quinn Allen is amazing and very personable. BEST DECISION WE HAVE EVER MADE!

I could go ON and ON about our experience at Midnight Schnauzers. After I lost first dog, my miniature schnauzer (Melia), after a very sad, very long battle with kidney failure at too young of an age, I was DEVASTATED. My husband, Josh, knew I would eventually need another little companion. I have grown up with schnauzers and couldn’t imagine my life without one. Josh happened to stumble upon Midnight Schnauzers; we instantly KNEW this was the place our new baby would come from. It was SUCH a pleasure to work with Grace and Liza; it still is! She is the smartest, spunkiest, most loving, and sassiest ray of sunshine. Everyone that meets our loving Gretchen comments on how BEAUTIFUL of a schnauzer she is; they are 100% right. Everyone wants to take her home with them, but we know that wouldn’t happen — I couldn’t go a day without my girl!

The standard they hold themselves to is second to none. You will not get a schnauzer nor will you get LOVING customer care from any other breeder ANYWHERE.
